CARE GUIDE
Every Oh Paddi piece is finished in a 2-pack polyurethane seal. One of the toughest finishes available. No surface is invincible, but with a little care, your piece will serve you well for years.
EVERYDAY CLEANING
Wipe down with a clean, damp microfibre cloth. For a deeper clean, use a pH-neutral surface spray (we like Koala Eco's Multi-Purpose Cleaner). Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, ammonia-based sprays and abrasive tools, they'll wear down the finish over time.
SPILLS
Wipe up spills promptly with a clean, damp cloth. Wine, coffee and dinner-party mishaps are no match for the finish if they're not left to sit. Oil spills should be wiped with a cloth coupled with multi purpose spray to ensure there's no residue left over.
HEAT & MOISTURE
Everyday heat from dinner plates and hot drinks is no problem. As with any table, placemats and coasters will help keep it looking its best for longer. Do use a trivet under anything straight off the stove.
MOVING YOUR PIECE
Always lift, never drag. Two people for tables. If you're relocating, wrap the piece in blankets and keep pressure off the edges and top of table.

LONGEVITY
We know why you chose gloss. We love it, you love it, and it's a conversation starter in any room. To keep that mirror-like shine looking its best, simple habits like using coasters, placemats and even felt pads under laptops or decorative objects will go a long way. While our gloss finish is highly durable, like any high-gloss surface it will naturally show marks and fine scratches more readily than a satin finish. A little extra care will help keep it looking beautiful for years to come.
CLEANING
Fingerprints and smudges are a normal part of living with a gloss finish and can be easily wiped away with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid paper towels and rough cloths, as they can leave fine swirl marks. For a deeper clean, use a pH-neutral surface spray (we love Koala Eco's Multi-Purpose Cleaner). Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia-based cleaners and abrasive tools, as they can gradually dull the finish over time.
HOW TO TREAT YOUR TABLE
Lift rather than slide. Plates, laptops, vases, keys, anything that comes into contact with the surface is best picked up and placed down gently. Using placemats, coasters and felt pads where possible will help preserve that signature mirror shine.
