Shipping, Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, please read the following regarding payment, shipping and terms. Should you have any other queries please call or email us to discuss.
Payments
We accept payment through ShopPay, Stripe, Afterpay or via bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, we will supply you with an invoice including all the details needed.
Shipping
Domestic
We use a range of domestic couriers and freight partners depending on the size of the order.
Domestic shipping times range from 1-5 days depending on your location, this timeframe may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. This timeframe does not include the time to create the piece, refer to the product details for information regarding this.
International
We use DHL Express for all international orders. We've endeavoured to add in as many international zones as possible, however if the checkout does not allow you to proceed, we might of just missed adding your country in, therefore just flick us an email hello@ohpaddi.com to organise.
For international orders, our product and shipping prices exclude any applicable local government customs duties and taxes. These charges are separate to our business and are the sole responsibility of the customer(importer).
International shipping varies greatly depending on your location, anywhere from 3-15 days). This timeframe does not include the time to create the piece, refer to the product details for information regarding this.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed you have 48 hours to let us know of any cancellation. Our furniture items are all made to order and as we are a sustainable business, we do not make an excess of stock. Payments and orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates can change and delays to orders are not grounds for refunds or credits unless, in exceptional circumstances, this decision is at the discretion of Oh Paddi.
We personally inspect all items prior to the individual courier delivering your item/s and all items are sent in perfect condition. If your piece is damaged in transit we unquestionably provide a replacement at no extra cost.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases or unexpected delays on an item being delivered.
We respect our right under consumer law not to offer refunds on orders because of delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen delays.
Production delays are not grounds for refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation fees for orders
Once a customer enters into the binding contract of purchasing an item(s) of furniture through Oh Paddi. The sale cannot be cancelled if, for example, the customer cancels because of inconvenience, change of mind, difficulty, delay, price, or misreading of delivery schedules and our terms. If ruled by Oh Paddi, for extreme circumstances a refund may be issued, resulting in a cancellation fee of 20% for breaking your sales contract, for time invested and loss of income for Oh Paddi. Oh Paddi also reserves the right to allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.
Refunds
As all our pieces are made to order, we do not accept refunds for change of mind.
